I have written about this before but I thought I would take an opportunity to really focus on it because it’s awesome. Lose it! is a free application through itunes that allows you to track your weight loss,
food, calories and even nutrients daily to help you reach your goals. It’s really simple too – to start off you just record your current weight, goal weight and how many pounds you would like to lose each week and the program then calculates how many calories you should have each day to help you reach your goal. You can also input your exercise and it will give you back calories that you have earned. My favorite part of this application is the extensive database of food and exercises that you use to manage your calorie intake – they have everything! You can also add items on your own if you can’t find it anywhere including recipes,
and restaurant menu items. Anyways, I use it everyday and it is a lot like Weight Watcher’s Online as far as the tracking goes. I highly recommend this application for anyone with an iphone / itouch to help you reach your goals – it totally helps me out!
