Wouldn’t ya know it…

Well, I had my weigh-in this morning after a week of grueling aerobics classes and a thousand gallons of water.  I had lost 1.8!!!!!  YAY!  I am so excited – it is amazing what staying on plan can do!  I had actually gone over my weekly allowance of points by a smidge but I still lost 1.8 (makes me wonder what I would have lost if I hadn’t gone over) so I am more focused and excited this week than last.

A huge help has been the fact that my new coworkers enjoy working out and they all do it together.  I have two colleagues that invited me to walk with them before work every morning so a 30 minute walk = 2 Activity Points right off the bat.  Then, my supervisor invited me to go to aerobics classes with her at the local YMCA four times a week so hey, I build better relationships with my colleagues AND earn activity points…how great is that?!  I am starting round two of aerobics classes with my boss this week and although they kicked my butt.  She does two classes a day x 4 days a week.  They usually are a full body sculpt class and then a kickboxing/turbo kick class or abs class.  YIKES.  I just keep telling myself that if I can keep up with these workouts – I’m going to be a hottie sooner than I know.  My husband has been really supportive too about this whole thing which is really important if I am going to make it happen.  He is constantly saying what a “hottie” I am and all that jazz which is cute but it is important to me that I get back to where I was when I was in college (which wasn’t that long ago). 

My WI this morning has given me hope.  I can totally do this.  So far, I have gone from 158 to 157ish to 156.2!  Not too shabby for a couple weeks.  Anyways, a loss is a good loss as long as I keep it up so I’m drinking my water and working in all of my veggies – 125 here I come :)
